The operation of rough hammer mill:
 

1,the preparing work before starting
 A.checking whether there has oil inside the bearing
 B.checking whether all fasteners are tight
 C.checking whether there has metal inside the body or other easily broken fragments
 D.checking whether the gap between hammer and sieve article is normal
 E.rotating rotor with the hand,observing whether it is normal.direction of rotation is correct,the hammer collision with other parts.

 
2,the starting of rough hammer mill:

 A.through inspection,proved that the machine and the transmission part is normal,before starting.
 B.if you find there has abnormal situation after starting,you should stop moving,must identify and eliminate the abnormal situations before starting crusher again.
 

3.the use of rough hammer mill:

 A.after the rough hammer mill work normally,then add the materials
 B.must add the broken materials evenly,and must be distributed in the length of the working parts of the rotor,in order to prevent the motor load surges.
 C.checking screen article periodically,such as congestion,it should be clear immediately.
 D.under the normal working condition of bearing,temperature should be within the scope of 35℃,the highest temperature should be not exceed 70℃.if the temperature exceed 70℃.we should immediately stop,find out the reason to eliminate.
