Impact crusher is used for the stone material production in the mining industry, railway, highway and construction industry,etc. Hammer crusher is equipment using high-speed rotary hammers to crush materials, mainly applied to the industries of metallurgy, mining, chemistry, cement, contsruction, refractory materials and ceramics. When the impact crusher is working, raw materials enters into the function area of plate hammer. Then it will be crushed by the impact force of plate hammer. After that material will be thrown to the impact plate for further crushing process. This process is repeated. The raw material willbe discharged out of the machine until meet the particle size requirement of final product. Hammer crusher crushes the material by the collision between the raw material and hammer head. It has the characteristics of high capacity, high crushing ratio, uniform particle size, simple structure, low investment, easy management and maintenance.
