1. Improving the manhole door into loose door
To improve the manhole door into loose door ensures that material with smaller partial block can’t easily be lost when crusher is running. If low productivity were found, when check the crusher, just opening the loose door is OK, which can significantly accelerate the check progress, and ensure the short uptime of the hammer stone breaking machine.
2. The proper use of ventilation doors
There are two throttles or ventilation doors on each side of Hammer Crusher mill, many beginners do not know both of these throttles, so throttles are always closed, resulting in blocking of rotor when feeding too much, so we have to clean the shell or dredge gaps between grates to solve it, but both of these methods are time-consuming and laborious. After a long period of practice, staff found that opening or closing the ventilation doors can significantly reduce blocking of rotor.
3. Timely adjustment of the gap between hammer head and grate article
Crushers are used widely in mining industry, but due to gradual wear of hammer and grate article, the spaces between grate articles, and hammer head and grate article, are increasingly bigger and bigger, so material gets declined impact force and grind pressure in breaking machine, and the finished material discharged from the grate articles is more rough in grain degrees. Therefore, we need to adjust the adjusting screw at the bottom to drive the Hammer Crusher mill to run, fasten the grate to get the proper gap between the hammer head and grate article, so as to improve efficiency.
